Reminder

Per TCEQ requirements, all properties that have a septic system along with an irrigation system, swimming pool, well, convenience store, gas station or RV park and are connected to Kempner WSC service must have an RPZ installed. Inspection/testing is required annually and MUST be submitted to the Kempner WSC office.

***Those who do not comply with these requirements will be subject to discontinuance of water service until compliance has been met.
