Our service area includes portions of Lampasas, Coryell, Bell, and Burnet Counties. We have approximately 310 square miles of pipeline and 7 plant/storage sites. In 1973 when the Kempner WSC was incorporated it had 73 members/customers, in 1995 it was 2836 members/customers, and in 2008 we had 5140 customers.
