Member Questions on Rate Increase – Submission Process

Dear Kempner Water Supply Members,

We understand that our recent rate increase has raised questions and concerns among our membership. Transparency and open communication remain a top priority, and we want to ensure that all members have the opportunity to receive clear and accurate information.

To facilitate this, we are accepting questions from verified members via email. If you own property within Kempner Water Supply Corporation’s service area, you are eligible to submit questions regarding the rate change.

How to Submit a Question:

  • Please email your question to info@kempnerwsc.com
  • Include your full name, property address, and account number (if available) for verification purposes

Response Timeline:

  • Questions from verified members will be collected and reviewed
  • Questions and responses will be posted publicly on our website within one week of submission
  • We may group similar questions together for clarity and efficiency

This process is designed to ensure that accurate information is shared with the entire membership and that concerns are addressed in a timely and organized manner.
