Notice of Open Board of Director Position

Kempner Water Supply Corporation is accepting applications to fill an open position on the Board of Directors.
The selected candidate will be appointed by the Board at its November meeting and will serve until the next General Membership Election in March 2026. The appointed candidate may choose to run in the upcoming general election to continue serving.
Eligibility & Responsibilities
Board members play a vital role in guiding the policies, projects, and operations of Kempner Water Supply Corporation. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Corporation’s Bylaws and the Texas Water Code, including:
- Being a member (customer) of the Corporation in good standing.
- Maintaining an active service connection within the KWSC service area.
- Being willing to attend monthly Board meetings and participate in committee work as needed.

Interested members should submit a complete Board Member Application by 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2025.
