Update on Water Discoloration Due to Manganese

Once again, the flooding in July has caused elevated levels of Manganese to dissolve into Stillhouse Lake. This is a temporary situation, and we are currently seeing significantly lower Manganese levels at our treatment plant.

CTWSC is also experiencing similar issues, indicating that this is an issue throughout the entire lake.

If you notice any discoloration in your water, please contact us. We will promptly flush the lines in your area to help restore clear water.
