RPZ Testing

In order to keep track of the backflow reports, Kempner WSC has contracted with Backflow Solutions Inc. (BSI). Information on BSI can be found on their website, bsionline@backflow.com, and their phone number is 800-414-4990. All approved testing companies must register with BSI and submit their reports to them and then email them to Kempner at info@kempnerwsc.com as a follow up. There is a charge for the testing companies of $14.95 per test, once the test is submitted then Kempner WSC records are updated. If the tester is not registered with BSI then the we cannot accept the inspection report.
Our customers can visit the BSI website to find a registered tester. The following list and contact information is for their currently registered testers:
