Important Notice Regarding Credit/Debit Card Autopayments

Good morning KWSC Members,

After extensive efforts by our IT specialist, we have determined that our server has failed and will need to be replaced. As a result, members who were enrolled in AutoPay through our website using a credit or debit card will need to log in and manually submit their December payment.

This notice does not apply to members enrolled in Bank Draft. Those payments were successfully drafted on the 10th, prior to the onset of this issue.

Please be assured that no late fees or penalties will be assessed for members affected by the AutoPay disruption. We expect to have a new server installed within the next week and anticipate that services will resume normally before the start of the new year.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and the kind calls and emails we have received. We wish you a blessed holiday season and a prosperous New Year.

Important Notice Regarding Autopayments

Due to unexpected server issues, we have been unable to process credit and debit card autopayments that are normally run on the 15th of each month.

Members who are enrolled in autopay can rest assured that no late fees or penalties will be applied as a result of this delay.

If you would like to make a payment at this time, you may do so by visiting our website at www.kempnerwsc.com and submitting a manual payment. Otherwise, you may choose to wait until our server issues are resolved, at which time we will process the autopayments.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide updates as soon as the issue is resolved.

Notification of Candidate Applications for KWSC Board of Directors

December 11, 2025

The KWSC Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for March 26, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at the KWSC office. There are three (3) positions open for election or re-election on the KWSC Board of Directors. Members who wish to run for one of these positions are encouraged to obtain and submit an official application.

Application forms and full instructions are available at the KWSC office located at 11986 E Hwy 190, Kempner, TX, 76539. They may also be downloaded from our website under the Forms and Reports tab or requested by mail.

All applications must be submitted to the KWSC office by January 30, 2026, to allow time for qualification verification and inclusion on the ballot.
